What percentage of the session fee goes to charity?
When you book through one of our exciting charity events, 100% of proceeds are donated to children’s charities. Every Enchanted Fairies session helps create magic beyond the studio. Thanks to your support, we have donated over three million dollars to local children’s charities, bringing hope and joy to countless families. Your session is more than a memory. What are your hours?
Operating hours for each studio vary by location. Please note, our magical photo sessions are by appointment only.
Our Experience Concierge is available Sunday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Central time.
Can I book a session for this weekend?
Your child’s confidence-boosting session with Enchanted Fairies is a one-of-a-kind experience that is in high demand. From time to time, openings may become available on short notice. The best way to be among the first to know is by joining our invite list!
Where can I find details regarding the studio address, parking availability, and how to locate the studio?
Select your studio location from the dropdown at the top of this page then navigate to the Near Me tab.
After your booking is complete, a confirmation email will be sent with the studio location and all the details to make your visit truly magical.
How do I book?
It’s simple! Just select your preferred location from the dropdown menu, then click the “Ready to Book?” button at the bottom of this page to sign up for an invite.
Due to high demand, you’ll need to be on the invite list to be first in line for these limited-edition magical sessions. When your invite arrives, it will include a special link to book your session.
How much does it cost to have a photo session?
Our standard session fee is $200. If you are participating in one of our charity events, the session fee is $25 per person.
Sometimes we run events that benefit charity and allow families to access our sessions as low as $25 per child to experience the entire magical session, have access to our gorgeous wardrobe, the flower crowns, tiaras, pixie dust and fairy wings.
The best part? When you donate the $25 per child and each family receives one 8X10 Limited Edition Enchanted Fairies portrait. Only one 8X10 print per family per 365 day period.
You will have an opportunity to purchase additional wall art, prints, and storybooks during your Photo Premiere Zoom, but there is never any obligation.
Can I book a session for more than 3 people?
Some of our studios are able to accommodate sessions for more than three guests, depending on space and availability. We recommend contacting our Experience Concierge team for personalized assistance and to confirm options at your preferred studio location.
Can adults book a session?
There is no age limit to magic. All ages are welcome! Just hop on the invite list for your preferred location. Even though the options on our link ask how many children are going, you can book yourself as a child. Near the end of our booking process, there is a spot for you to let the photographer know the names and ages of the participants who will be joining the session.

Can I add another child or adult to my existing session?

What is your late policy?
We kindly ask that you arrive promptly at the start of your scheduled session time. To ensure every guest enjoys a truly magical experience, guests arriving more than ten minutes past the scheduled time will need to be rescheduled.

What is your refund policy?
Photo Sessions:
We understand that things happen! With at least one week’s notice, we are able to refund your session fee. If you need to cancel your session, please contact our Experience Concierges at adventures@enchanted-fairies.com. Refunds depend on your session type, and our team will be happy to guide you through your options.
Heirloom Artwork:
Once an order is placed, your artist begins creating your personalized artwork. Because each piece is made especially for you, all sales are final and no changes, cancels, or refunds will be afforded and you waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email here. You can be confident that our team is always happy to assist with edits or adjustments to ensure your portraits are absolutely magical!
Post Session Etiquette
Please remember that the studio is your enchanted space for the duration of your session. Once your magical fairy experience comes to a close, the studio will need to be prepared for the next family to enjoy their own magical adventure.
For safety and courtesy, loitering in studio areas, dressing rooms, or hallways after your session is not permitted.
Please collect all personal belongings before departing the studio.
We kindly ask that guests exit promptly after their session to allow our photographers to prepare the studio for the next enchanted family.
Health & Safety
Do you use flash photography?
Our signature style features professional photography lighting, including flashes and strobes, to create a truly magical experience. Sessions without flashing lights cannot be accommodated. Your safety is our highest priority, so if you or your child have a history of epilepsy or photosensitivity, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider to ensure a photo session with flash photography is safe for you.
What should I do if I or someone I am attending with is feeling unwell?
If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell or experiencing any of the symptoms below, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your visit. This helps ensure a safe and magical experience for all our guests. We look forward to welcoming you when everyone is feeling their best!

No Smoking Policy
To help us maintain a safe environment for all of our guests, particularly those with health issues including children, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking of any kind on the day of your session. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and smoke-free environment for our little guests and their families.
Safety Policy
At Enchanted Fairies, we are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and magical environment for all guests and team members. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any verbal or physical violence. Any guest who behaves in a harmful or aggressive way will be asked to leave immediately. Enchanted Fairies prohibits the possession of weapons by any person on company owned and/or company leased properties, except authorized law enforcement personnel.

What is an Enchanted Fairies photo session like?
Unlike anything else! Guests enjoy the immersive magic of an Enchanted Fairies session, including access to our high-end wardrobe, flower crowns, tiaras, pixie dust, and fairy wings. Each session is led by our certified Enchanted Fairies photographers for an interactive and unforgettable experience. Best of all, every dollar of the $25 per child fee goes directly to charity. To make the experience even more special, every family will receive one complimentary 8X10 portrait with no obligation.

What do I need to bring to the session?
Nothing! We provide gorgeous gowns and knight attire, floral crowns, tiaras, pixie dust, wings, and everything you or your child will need for a fully immersive and enchanting experience! Please arrive with hair and makeup already styled.
Do you provide the wardrobe?
Yes, we do! Our exclusive designer has created a special fashion line curated to each location.
- For fairies, our sizes range from 3M all the way up to size 24 Womens’ Plus.
- For knights, our sizes range from 3M to 16Y.

Can I wear my own outfit?
Absolutely! Many guests bring special occasion dresses, such as for a quinceañera or birthday celebration. Please avoid busy patterns, large graphics, or text on the clothing to ensure the best photos. Outfits should be family-friendly and not include licensed characters or costumes.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
We do not provide hair and makeup services. Please arrive with hair and makeup already styled.
Can fairies wear knight outfits, or knights wear fairy outfits?
Certainly! We feel confidence is best worn when everyone is comfortable and expressing themselves in any way they choose to.



My child has special needs. Do your photographers have experience creating a magical and comfortable experience for children with special needs?
Enchanted Fairies welcomes children and adults of all abilities! Children and adults with special needs or who are differently-abled will find a welcoming and magical experience at Enchanted Fairies. Our certified Enchanted Fairies photographers are expertly trained to ensure everyone feels comfortable and enjoys a fun, magical experience.
To help us create the most magical experience for you and your child, we kindly ask that you email us ahead of time with any questions, requests, or special notes that you would like to share with us. We can’t wait for you and your family to join us for a magical session!
How can I view my images after the session?
We understand that by the end of a magical photo session, everyone can be ready for a break and you may have a long drive back home. Rest assured, your images will be carefully curated by our team so you can enjoy them in the comfort of your own home.
At the conclusion of your session, your photographer will assist you in scheduling a Photo Premiere Zoom at a time that works best for you. This gives you and anyone you would like to invite the opportunity to fully enjoy the beautiful images from your session.

If you have not connected with your host within five minutes of your scheduled start time, please contact our Experience Concierge team, and we will happily assist you.
Zoom allows a 15-minute grace period. If connection is not established within that time, we will gladly help you reschedule your enchanted session for another day.

Portrait Orders & Turnaround Times
How many 8×10 Limited Edition prints do I receive for free?
Families who participate in one of our charity events will receive one complimentary Limited Edition 8X10 portrait per 365 day period. This offer is limited to one per household and cannot be combined with other offers.
How much are additional portraits?
If you would like to take home more enchanting portraits beyond your complimentary one, please visit our Pricing and Investment page to explore the magical options available. Your Portrait Consultant will also be happy to answer any questions regarding specials, payment options, and more!
There is something for everyone, even if you simply wish to enjoy the experience and receive your complimentary portrait. Be assured, there is never any obligation to make a purchase.

How can family members view the images from my magical photo session?
Our magical team carefully curates the finest images from your photo session to create a truly special experience. The best way to enjoy your portraits is to schedule a time when everyone, including grandmothers, aunts, and other family members, can view them together.
Will my portraits be delivered to me?
Absolutely! Please note that we can only ship to physical addresses and are unable to ship to PO boxes.
What is the typical turnaround time for orders?
Most orders typically arrive within 6-8 weeks once payment is complete, while special orders may take 8-10+ weeks.

Enchanted Fairies Lifetime Warranty
We proudly offer a one-time replacement warranty for portraits, storybooks, and other Enchanted Fairies products that may be damaged as a result of fire, flood, shipping, or other accidental incidents. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, or improper handling. Each eligible product is limited to one free replacement, and all claims are subject to review and verification by our team.
