I – Package Giveaway Package Description
A. The 2018 Complimentary Walt Disney World® Resort package will include the following for up to four(4) guests:
Three-night accommodations at a Disney Moderate* Resort hotel. (Views are not guaranteed and are based on availability.)
Four (4) 4-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option (one per person). For each day of the ticket, guests will enjoy admission to Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and / or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
Disney Dining Plan: Choose from over 100 select restaurants. The Disney Dining Plan will include:
One Table-Service meal – Includes entree, dessert (lunch and dinner only) and beverage, or one full buffet, if available. Beverage can be non-alcoholic, specialty (where available) or alcoholic (guests 21 and up only).
One Quick-Service meal – Includes entree, dessert (lunch and dinner only) and beverage.
Beverage can be non-alcoholic, specialty (where available) or alcoholic (guests 21 and up only).
Two Snacks per person, per night at Quick-Service, Snack cart and select merchandise locations
One Resort Rapid Fill mug per person, per package (eligible for refills at Quick-Service locations at your Disney Resort hotel during your length of stay).
Round trip airfare‡ from any major US Airport and Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Complimentary Roundtrip transportation on Disney’s Magical Express to and from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the guest’s Disney resort hotel.
B. Guest(s) will also receive Crazy Imagination Travel concierge level planning services at no additional cost. This includes:

C. Package Hotels
*Disney Moderate Resorts include: Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside. The specific resort for this package will depend on availability for the guest’s preferred travel dates.
D. Dining Plan Exclusions
**Dining Plan Exclusions: Gratuities not included except at Dinner Shows, Cinderella’s Royal Table and private (in-room) dining. Selecting a separate prix fixe menu offered at certain locations requires payment of a surcharge in addition to redeeming the number of Table-Service entitlements required at the location.
Alcoholic beverages not included. Children 3-9 must choose from a children’s menu for Table-Service dining where available. One Table-Service meal may be exchanged for one Character Dining Experience.
All meals at Cinderella’s Royal Table require two Table-Service meals. Two Table-Service meals may also be exchanged for either one Signature Dining Experience at some of the finest restaurants, Category 2 or Category 3 seating at all Dinner Shows (subject to availability) and Category 1 seating at the 8:30pm Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (subject to availability) or private (in-room) dining. Merchandise or photo imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining Experiences are not included.
E. Travel Dates
i. Package must be booked 30 days in advance
ii. The guest must provide three (3) available check-in dates in order of their travel preference. The final package travel dates will depend on availability.
iii. Travel must be completed by 12/21/2018

F. Walt Disney World Requirements
The Walt Disney World® Resort requires that at least one member of the party be over eighteen years of age. Any incidental charges, such as meals beyond what the Disney Dining Plan includes, phone calls, laundry, room services are not included, and are paid by the recipient upon checkout. If there are more than four guests, we will advise to book a second room. Rooms required for additional guests will not include package amenities such as Park Hoppers or the Disney Dining Plan. These items may be purchased by the guest. Payments will go directly to the Walt Disney Travel Company and must be booked through Crazy Imagination Travel.
G. Gratuities
Gratuities are not included. This includes but it not limited to gratuities for servers at restaurants, baggage services and housekeeping.
E. Air Round trip coach airfare is included and is capped at $500 per person.
‡Crazy Imagination Travel is not financially responsible for the following: Delayed flights, missed flights, cancelled flights*, flight time changes, seat assignment, seat changes, seat upgrades, baggage fees, transportation between the guest’s home and the airport or gratuities relating to any of these items.
*Flights cancelled by the airline will be handled on an individual basis and best faith efforts will be made to ensure the guest(s) arrives at their vacation destination as efficiently and safely as possible.
II – Terms & Conditions
Guest(s) understand(s) and agree(s) to the following conditions:
i. This vacation package is nontransferable and nonrefundable. Once redeemed and the reservation confirmed, no changes will be accepted.
ii. This vacation package cannot be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Vacation elements may not be substituted.
iii. If the total package is not used there is no refund – monetary or voucher – due.
iv. Guests are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passport, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. It is the Guest’s responsibility to check with government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure they have proper citizenship documentation. U.S. Citizens can also visit the State Department’s travel website at http://www.travel.state.gov/ or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at 877-4USA-PPT for more information. Guests of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports.
v. Optional package “add on” components will be at the guest’s expense. This includes but is not limited to the Memory Maker Photo Package, a reservation at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (based on availability), a reservation a Pirate’s League (based on availability), Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Tickets (based on availability), Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Tickets (based on availability) and /or admission to the Disney Water Parks. To purchase or reserve these additional package components, a valid credit or debit card in the guest’s name will be required. All transactions will be processed directly through the Walt Disney Travel Company and are subject to Disney’s Terms & Conditions which will be provided to the guest in writing prior to purchase.
vi. Regarding the air component of travel, the guest will assume responsibility for the following:
a. Education, understanding and compliance with the airline carrier’s requirements for check in, seat assignments, baggage sizes and weight as well as proper identification. Other requirements spelled out by the airline carrier not listed here are also at the guest’s responsibility.
b. Checking in online or at the airport per the airline’s recommendations.
c. Checking flight status for any changes in departure time, terminal or gate.
d. Transportation between their home and the airport on their travel dates. This includes costs or fees associated with transportation between their home and the airport including gas, parking, taxis, Uber and so on.
e. Costs or fees associated with seat selection, seat changes or seat upgrades which can be made directly through the airline carrier.
f. Cost or fees associated with baggage including but not limited to carry on, checked bag and weight overage fees charged by the airline carrier.
g. Delayed Flights: In the event of a delayed flight, the guest will coordinate with the airline carrier to determine and / or negotiate options. No reimbursement by Crazy Imagination Travel will be made to the guest for delayed flights.
h. Flight cancellations: In the event of flight cancellation on the day of travel, the guest will coordinate with the airline carrier to determine and / or negotiate options. In the event of flight cancellation prior to the day of travel, Crazy Imagination Travel will work with the airline on the guest’s behalf to secure alternate flights. No reimbursement by Crazy Imagination Travel will be made to the guest for cancelled flights.
i. Missed Flights: In the event the guest misses their flight(s), the guest will work with the airline carrier to determine next steps and options. No reimbursement by Crazy Imagination Travel will be made to the guest for missed flights.
j. Flight Time Changes: It’s customary for flight times to change prior to travel. This window is usually within 30 minutes or less of the originally booked flight time. The guest assumes responsibility for checking flight times leading up to their time of travel. Most carriers allow guests to request flight status updates free of charge using one or more of the following: Email, text or the carrier’s app. No reimbursement will be made to the guest for flight time changes.
III – Crazy Imagination Travel Fulfillment
A. Enchanted Fairies Guest(s) will be provided exemplary service from Crazy Imagination Travel.
B. Crazy Imagination Travel will provide concierge level services to the guest(s) at no cost:

ď‚· Pre Arrival Consultation – Transportation information, hotel check in and more
C. Guest(s) will work with a Crazy Imagination Travel Advisor to provide the following reservation details required by Disney to secure their reservation:
i. Each guest’s first and last name with date of birth
ii. Mailing address
iii. One or more phone numbers for communication
iv. One or more email addresses for communication
v. A valid credit or debit card required by Disney to secure dining reservations
vi. A preferred email address and password to set up the guest’s My Disney Experience account at DisneyWorld.com required by Disney to secure FastPasses. The password can be changed by the guest after travel has been completed.
vii. Minimum of three (3) arrival date options provided. Dates must be at least 30 days out and must not be within the blackout periods (provided October 2017).
D. After the information above has been provided, allow 7-10 business days, excluding holidays, for an e-mail confirmation containing a reservation number.
E. Crazy Imagination Travel will make best faith efforts to secure the best flight schedule for the guests’ travel dates. Once air arrangements have been finalized, the guest will be provided with a confirmation number (record locator number). The guest will use that information to complete online check in and so on as spelled out in section II.vi.
