When I first visited San Rafael, I was completely enchanted. Nestled just north of the Golden Gate Bridge, this charming town felt like it was pulled straight from the pages of a storybook—rolling hills, sun-dappled trails, and the kind of coastal magic that makes you stop and breathe it all in. I knew instantly… this would be the perfect place for our next Enchanted Fairies studio.
And today, I am overjoyed to officially say: San Rafael, we are here!
San Rafael holds a unique place in the heart of Marin County. It’s a town where creativity thrives—home to legendary filmmaker George Lucas and Skywalker Ranch (yes, the birthplace of Star Wars magic). It’s also home to some of California’s most stunning natural beauty, from the redwood groves of China Camp State Park to the sparkling shoreline of the San Francisco Bay.

Our San Rafael studio is filled with whimsical backdrops, magical handmade props, and our signature sparkle of pixie dust—plus, every session booked comes with a complimentary 8×10 portrait. We’ve poured our hearts into making this studio a place where little ones can truly shine—and I can’t wait to welcome you in.
As always, every photoshoot supports our mission to give back to children in need. With over $3 million raised for children’s charities so far, each smile captured is also a step toward brighter futures for others. That’s the kind of magic that lasts forever.
